The Omani passport has been recognized as one of the world’s most powerful passports. According to the Henley Passport Index, in 2023, Oman was ranked 65th globally, with its citizens able to travel visa-free to 82 countries. This number has now increased to 86 destinations, reflecting a significant improvement in global mobility for Omani passport holders.

Singapore has claimed the title of “World’s Most Powerful Passport” this year, setting a new record: its citizens can now travel to 195 destinations without a visa. This surpasses the five countries—France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain—which have fallen to a joint second place, offering visa-free access to 192 destinations. A new group of seven countries, including Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, South Korea, and Sweden, now holds the third position with access to 191 destinations.
