Fire Contained at Warehouses in Al-Rusail Industrial Area, Muscat

On Friday, April 18, 2025, a large fire broke out in several warehouses located in Al-Rusail Industrial Area in Seeb, Muscat Governorate. The blaze was successfully brought under control thanks to the swift intervention of Oman’s Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority.

According to official reports, firefighting teams from the Civil Defence responded promptly and managed to contain the fire in a timely manner, preventing its spread to adjacent facilities.

Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the fire and assess the extent of material damage. No casualties have been reported so far.
