Increase in Capital Return Period for Apartments to About 13 Years

Previously, the average capital return from apartments took about 10 years when the market was booming. However, with the recent increase in supply and decline in purchasing power, the return period has been significantly affected.

Currently, the investment return on apartments ranges between 12 to 13 years approximately, as reported by Abdulaziz Al Yahmadi. In the current market conditions, the capital return period may range between 10 to 15 years, according to Sheikh Alwaleed Al Kindi, CEO of Zawaya Company, during his participation in the Al Ibn Al Bar program with Salem Al Amri and Abdulaziz Al Yahmadi.
