LG collaborates with HI-M Solutek HVAC services, its subsidiary specializing in HVAC solutions, maintenance, and warranty support. Established in 2006 and incorporated by LG in 2008, HI-M Solutek provides chiller service, MultiV (VRF) service, specialized cleaning, cloud control systems, ThinQ integration, and warranty programs.
