New Law for Company Registration and Residency in Oman

A new law for applicants seeking to register a company and obtain residency in Oman has been implemented. According to this law, the presence of shareholders is mandatory to obtain permits from the Ministry of Labour “Mazooniya”. These changes aim to ensure greater oversight in the company registration process and provide the legal framework for investors and entrepreneurs in Oman.
