New Organ Transplant Law in Oman: A Historic Step for Organ Donation and Human Rights

With the issuance of Royal Decree No. 44/2025 on April 27, 2025, Oman officially approved its new organ transplant law, aimed at regulating organ transplants in Oman, preventing human organ trafficking in Oman, and protecting the rights of donors and recipients.
