- Qatar: Ranked 2nd among Arab countries and 47th globally, with access to 112 destinations.
- Kuwait: Secures the 3rd position among Arab countries and 50th globally, offering access to 99 destinations.
- Bahrain and Saudi Arabia: Share the 4th position among Arab countries and are ranked 58th globally, with visa-free access to 87 destinations.
- Oman: Maintains its position from last year, ranking 6th among Arab countries and 59th globally, with access to 86 destinations.

- Singapore: Allows travel to 195 destinations.
- Japan: Provides access to 193 destinations.
- European Union countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain), along with Finland and South Korea: Access to 192 destinations.
Reevaluating Citizenship and Mobility
Christian Kaelin, Chairman of Henley & Partners, stressed the need to rethink the concept of citizenship and its rights in light of climate change, the rise in natural disasters, and the displacement of communities. These global challenges call for a fundamental shift in how citizenship is valued.
