In the latest session of the Arab Parliament, Oman was elected as the Vice President. This accomplishment highlights Oman’s prominent role in the region and its commitment to participating in major Arab decision-making processes.

The Sultanate of Oman has won the position of Vice President of the Arab Parliament, with His Excellency Sheikh Said Al-Saadi, Vice President of the Shura Council, receiving the necessary votes in the competition.

The elections took place on Saturday during the inaugural session of the first meeting of the fourth legislative term of the Arab Parliament at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. The session was held to elect the President, Vice Presidents, and heads of committees along with their deputies.
