Oman’s Crown Prince Dhi Yazan Delivers Warm Greetings from Sultan Haitham to the President of Belarus

Minsk – 19 May 2025, During his official visit to Minsk, the capital of Belarus, Sayyid Dhi Yazan bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth, conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Alexander Lukashenko of the Republic of Belarus.

President Lukashenko expressed his sincere appreciation for the kind message from His Majesty and affirmed the strong and friendly ties between the two nations, expressing hope for expanded cooperation in various fields.

Dhi Yazan Oversees Signing of Oman–Belarus Joint Committee Agreement

As part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, an agreement to establish a joint Oman–Belarus committee was signed in Minsk. The committee will focus on developing cooperation in economic, cultural, scientific, and sports sectors.

The signing ceremony was attended by Sayyid Dhi Yazan, the President of the Belarusian Olympic Committee, and the Special Envoy of the President of Belarus to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

This agreement marks an important step toward deepening the strategic partnership between Oman and Belarus, reflecting the shared commitment of both nations to long-term cooperation on both regional and international levels.
