Record 1.7 Million People Visited Muscat Nights

Muscat – The Muscat Nights Festival, which concluded on February 1, set a new record with 1.7 million visitors, according to H.E. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Humaidi, Chairman of Muscat Municipality.
The festival, which ran for 41 days from December 23, 2024, across seven locations, captivated visitors with a diverse range of cultural, entertainment, and adventure activities.
Chairman of Muscat Municipality stated:
“This is a historic achievement. We welcomed approximately 1.7 million visitors, and that is a record for us,” said Al Humaidi.
Challenges of Hosting Events Across Seven Locations
Al Humaidi added: “Distributing events across seven locations was a challenge, but thanks to the preparatory committee, which included all relevant authorities, we managed to overcome these challenges.”
