A high-level delegation will accompany Sultan Haitham, including prominent officials such as:
- Shihab bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs
- Nabegh bin Talal Al Said
- Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Royal Court Affairs
- Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs
