Sultan of Oman Commends Saudi Arabia’s Role in Organizing Hajj

Muscat – 7 June 2025, Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman has praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts in organizing the annual Hajj pilgrimage and serving the guests of the Holy Mosque.

In an official statement, the Sultan highlighted the consistent dedication of Saudi Arabia to managing the Hajj season, describing it as a reflection of the Kingdom’s religious commitment and humanitarian responsibility. He commended Saudi authorities for ensuring a safe and well-organized environment for pilgrims from across the Islamic world.

The statement comes as the 1446 AH Hajj season is currently underway, with hundreds of thousands of Muslims performing the pilgrimage in Mecca.

Sultan Haitham also extended his best wishes for the health and spiritual fulfillment of all pilgrims, expressing hope for a peaceful and successful Hajj season this year.
