Monday November 25, At a prestigious event held at the Royal Geographical Society in London, H H Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Oman’s Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth, alongside Prince William, the Prince of Wales, officially launched the Jewel of Arabia Expedition.
The 30-day expedition, set to take place in January 2025, will retrace the historic journey of British explorer Bertram Thomas from 1928 using foot travel, camels, and 4×4 vehicles.
